Return / Refund Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return your product(s) for a refund in the amount of the original sales price, regardless of whether the current market value is higher or lower than the purchase price. The refund is only acceptable if approved first by the BullionBox team.

To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service team at hello@bullionbox.com or call 281-849-7795 within seven (7) business days of delivery/receipt of the product by the customer (cardholder). We will provide you with return shipping instructions. Once the returned product is received by the merchant, your refund will be processed within seven (7) business days.

BullionBox offers discounted annual subscription pricing.
If an annual subscription (paid monthly) is canceled early, before the full 12-month term is completed, a $500 restock fee will be applied. This fee covers curated product sourcing, fulfillment, handling, and early termination of the subscription agreement.
