Return / Refund Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product(s) and obtain a full refund in the amount of the original sales price regardless if value equals more or less of the original sales price. If you’re not happy with your order, please contact our customer service department hello@bullionbox.com  or call 281-849-7795 within thirty (30) business days of delivery / receipt of product by customer (cardholder).  We will provide you with shipping instructions and upon return (receipt of product) to the merchant, we will provide a full refund in the amount of the original sales price within seven (7) business days.
