We do not currently offer expedited shipping. If you need something before your BullionBox is scheduled to ship, please contact our team and we'll be happy to assist you with an interim purchase.

Because each BullionBox is carefully curated, your first box typically ships within about 3–4 weeks of subscribing. Current market demand and supplier timelines can affect sourcing, but our team works daily to move as efficiently as possible without compromising quality. After you subscribe, we'll personally call to welcome you, introduce ourselves, and answer any questions you may have. Once your first box arrives, future boxes generally ship about one month after delivery, keeping you on a consistent monthly schedule. You'll receive tracking information for every shipment so you can follow your box all the way to your door.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and Apple Pay. You can choose between month-to-month billing or save with an annual plan.

Our billing cycles run from the 1st to the 15th of each month. Orders placed within this period will be processed and shipped within the same month. If an order is placed after the 15th, it will be included in the next billing cycle and will ship out the following month.

You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time without charge by contacting Customer Support. However, if you cancel your monthly subscription with yearly discount pricing, you will be charged a prorated amount reflecting the difference between the monthly rate and the discounted annual rate as an early cancellation fee.
