01Agreement to Terms
By accessing, browsing, or making any transactions on this website or webpage (the "Site"), owned and operated by BullionBox, Inc. (referred to as "BullionBox," "BullionBox™," the "Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you acknowledge that you have read, comprehended, and consented to the following Terms of Service. If at any point you do not agree with these Terms, please cease all use of the Site.
BullionBox® reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time by updating this posting and to decline service to any individual or entity. Please review these Terms periodically. By utilizing the Site, you affirm that you are at least 18 years old and possess the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement.
02Use of the Website
We grant you a personal, limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the Site via a web browser. We reserve the right to modify the products and services offered on the Site, establish rules and limitations on Site usage, or restrict your access to part or all of the Site without notice.
You are prohibited from transmitting or distributing worms, viruses, malware, or any other harmful software to or on any platforms provided by or used by BullionBox. Any mechanized or systematic processes for extracting information from the Site for any purpose, including commercial use, are strictly prohibited.
Unauthorized use, including reproduction, distribution, display, or transmission of the content of the Site is strictly prohibited unless authorized in writing.
03Subscription Services
Monthly BullionBox™ subscription boxes, or other subscriptions and subscription boxes offered from time to time, are shipped to the address you provide. You may receive emails regarding your account and promotions, including special offers and third-party offers.
Month-to-month subscribers may cancel their subscription at any time without charge by contacting Customer Support. Cancellation of month-to-month subscriptions takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle; no further charges will be applied.
All subscribers (monthly and annual/prepaid) who cancel within the first 6 months of their subscription are subject to a restocking and administrative fee equal to one month's subscription price, up to a maximum of $250. This fee covers the costs associated with early termination, including restocking and processing. Subscriptions cancelled after 6 months are not subject to any cancellation fee. By subscribing to BullionBox™, you also permit our parent company, American Standard Gold, to contact you regarding your subscription and other services.
04Annual and Non-Annual Subscriptions
Annual Subscribers: Annual subscribers are charged at a discounted rate for the entire year. The subscription will automatically renew after one year unless canceled before the renewal date. If an annual subscription is canceled within the first 6 months, a restocking and administrative fee equal to one month's subscription price will be applied, up to a maximum of $250. Subscriptions canceled after 6 months are not subject to this fee.
Non-Annual (Month-to-Month) Subscribers: Non-annual subscribers are charged at the standard monthly rate. Month-to-month subscriptions may be canceled at any time; however, if canceled within the first 6 months, a restocking and administrative fee equal to one month's subscription price will be applied, up to a maximum of $250. Subscriptions canceled after 6 months are not subject to any additional charges or restocking fees.
05Billing and Payments
By starting your BullionBox subscription and providing a payment method, you authorize us to charge a recurring monthly subscription fee at the current rate and billing date. Our billing cycles run from the 1st to the 15th of each month. Orders placed within this period will be processed and shipped within the same month. If an order is placed after the 15th, it will be included in the next billing cycle and will ship out the following month.
We reserve the right to change subscription pricing at our discretion and without prior notice. Any changes to subscription fees will be communicated to you via email unless otherwise specified in these Terms of Service.
06Cancellation
Month-to-Month Subscriptions: You may cancel your month-to-month subscription at any time. If canceled within the first 6 months of your subscription, a restocking and administrative fee equal to one month's subscription price will be applied, up to a maximum of $250. Cancellations made after 6 months are not subject to any additional charges or restocking fees. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
Annual / Prepaid Subscriptions: If you cancel an annual or prepaid subscription before the end of your 6-month commitment period, a restocking and administrative fee equal to one month's subscription price will be charged, up to a maximum of $250. This fee covers restocking costs and processing. Subscriptions canceled after 6 months are not subject to any cancellation fees.
All cancellation requests must be submitted to Customer Support at hello@bullionbox.com or by calling (877) 795-9585. Cancellations are processed within 3–5 business days.
07Returns
BullionBox only considers returns upon receipt of a written request to our customer service department, subject to approval by a manager. No refunds are granted beyond 14 days after receiving your monthly box under any circumstances.
08Risk of Loss
Once a product is shipped, title and risk of loss pass to you. It is your responsibility to ensure secure delivery. We don't refund for loss, damage, or theft caused by the carrier's negligence. Damaged items must be reported with a photo. Refunds for damaged items are at our discretion. We're not liable for the condition of items upon receipt. Products may vary in type, size, weight, condition, and other factors.
09Limitation of Liability
BullionBox® assumes no responsibility for any damages incurred to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not provide any warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, for any Service we offer.
Under no circumstances shall BullionBox™, its officers, agents, or any other parties involved in creating, producing, or distributing the service be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service.
10Intellectual Property Rights
All content included on the Site, such as text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, video clips, data compilations, and software, is the property of BullionBox®, its affiliates, or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information, software, products, or services obtained from the Site without the express written consent of BullionBox®.
11Account Security
You are solely responsible for all access to and use of the Site by anyone using the password and identification originally assigned to you, whether or not such access and use are authorized by you. This responsibility includes all communications, transmissions, and obligations (including financial obligations) incurred through such access or use.
You must promptly notify BullionBox of any unauthorized use of your password or identification, or any other breach or suspected breach of the Site's security and your account security.
12Third-Party Links and Content
The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by BullionBox®. BullionBox® has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.
We are not responsible for any harm or damages arising from the purchase or use of goods, services, resources, content, or any other transactions made in connection with any third-party websites.
13Email, SMS, and Promotional Communications
By subscribing or making a purchase, you expressly consent to receiving regular communications from us, including but not limited to emails, SMS messages, ringless voicemail messages, and phone calls, for various purposes such as account management, marketing, service updates, promotions, shipping, delivery, and special offers.
If you wish to opt out of receiving communications, you can follow the unsubscribe instructions provided in the communications, or contact us directly at hello@bullionbox.com.
14Discounts and Promotional Offers
Discounts and promotional offers are available only to eligible customers. Offers are typically limited to one use per sale per customer and cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Promotional offers and discounts are valid only during the specified period. Discounts and promotional offers cannot be applied retroactively to previous purchases. BullionBox reserves the right to modify or cancel any discounts, promotional offers, or gift programs at any time and without prior notice.
