Every BullionBox subscriber is automatically a Silver Member. You advance to Gold, Platinum, and Diamond based on your subscription tenure and total spend — whichever threshold you hit first. There's no application or extra fee.

Do I have to pay extra for VIP benefits? +

No. VIP membership is completely free and included with your BullionBox subscription. Your tier is determined by your loyalty and engagement with the program.

How do annual appreciation gifts work? +

Starting at the Gold tier, we send you a bonus bullion piece every year on your subscription anniversary. The value of the gift increases with your tier — Diamond members receive the most valuable appreciation gifts.

Can I lose my VIP status? +

Your VIP tier is maintained as long as you have an active subscription. If you pause or cancel, your tier is preserved for 90 days. If you resubscribe within that window, you pick up right where you left off.

What is the Lifetime Price-Lock? +

Diamond members are guaranteed that their subscription price will never increase, regardless of future price adjustments. This benefit is locked in for as long as you maintain an active subscription.

How does the buyback program work for VIP members? +
