The BullionBox ships anywhere in the continental United States of America. At this time, we are unable to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international addresses. All shipments are sent via insured carriers to ensure your precious metals arrive safely.
Tracking & Delivery
You'll receive tracking information for every shipment so you can follow your box all the way to your door. Shipping times may vary slightly depending on location or carrier conditions.
BullionBox Subscriptions are generally shipped the last week of the month. Our customer-obsessed distribution team will package up your subscription and have it headed your way within 3–5 business days of receiving inventory (does not include holidays and weekends).
Expedited Shipping
We do not currently offer expedited shipping. If you need something before your BullionBox is scheduled to ship, please contact our team and we'll be happy to assist you with an interim purchase.
Insurance & Risk of Loss
All BullionBox shipments include full insurance at no additional cost. However, once a product is shipped, title and risk of loss pass to you. It is your responsibility to ensure secure delivery.
Important Notes:
- We do not refund for loss, damage, or theft caused by the carrier's negligence.
- Damaged items must be reported with a photo within 7 business days of delivery.
- Refunds for damaged items are at our discretion.
- Products may vary in type, size, weight, condition, and other factors.
