Return Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return your product(s) for a refund in the amount of the original sales price, regardless of whether the current market value is higher or lower than the purchase price. The refund is only acceptable if approved first by the BullionBox team.

Important: 7-Day Return Window

To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service team at hello@bullionbox.com or call 281-849-7795 within seven (7) business days of delivery/receipt of the product. We will provide you with return shipping instructions.

Refund Process

Once the returned product is received by the merchant, your refund will be processed within seven (7) business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

BullionBox only considers returns upon receipt of a written request to our customer service department, subject to approval by a manager. No refunds are granted beyond 14 days after receiving your monthly box under any circumstances.

Annual Subscription Early Cancellation

BullionBox offers discounted annual subscription pricing. If an annual subscription (paid monthly) is canceled before completing 6 months, a restocking and administrative fee equal to one month's subscription price will be applied, up to a maximum of $250. This fee covers curated product sourcing, fulfillment, handling, and early termination of the subscription agreement. Subscriptions canceled after 6 months are not subject to any restocking fee.
