You must promptly notify BullionBox of any unauthorized use of your password or identification, or any other breach or suspected breach of the Site’s security and your account security.

Subscription Services

Monthly BullionBox™ subscription boxes, or other subscriptions and subscription boxes offered from time to time, are shipped to the address you provide. You may receive emails regarding your account and promotions, including special offers and third-party offers. You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time without charge by contacting Customer Support. However, if you cancel your monthly subscription with yearly discount pricing, you will be charged an early cancellation fee. By subscribing to BullionBox™, you also permit our parent company, GMRgold, to contact you regarding your subscription and other services offered by GMRgold and BullionBox™.

Annual and Non-Annual Subscriptions

Annual Subscribers:
Annual subscribers will be charged at a discounted rate for the entire year. The subscription will automatically renew after one year unless canceled before the renewal date. If an annual subscription is canceled before the end of the 12-month period, the subscriber will be charged a prorated amount reflecting the difference between the monthly rate and the discounted annual rate. An administrative or restocking fee equal to one month’s cost of your current BullionBox plan will be applied to cover the early cancellation.

Non-Annual Subscribers:
Non-annual subscribers will be charged at the standard monthly rate. These subscriptions do not benefit from the discounted annual rate but are also not subject to any penalties or fees for cancellation. Subscribers can cancel their subscription at any time without incurring additional charges.

Billing and Payments

By starting your BullionBox subscription and providing a payment method, you authorize us to charge a recurring monthly subscription fee at the current rate and billing date. Our billing cycles run from the 1st to the 15th of each month. Orders placed within this period will be processed and shipped within the same month. If an order is placed after the 15th, it will be included in the next billing cycle and will ship out the following month. This ensures that all orders are processed in a timely manner and that you receive your BullionBox subscription on a regular schedule. 

We reserve the right to change subscription pricing at our discretion and without prior notice. Any changes to subscription fees will be communicated to you via email unless otherwise specified in these Terms of Service.

Cancellation

If you cancel a monthly subscription that was purchased at a discounted 12-month rate, you will be charged a prorated amount reflecting the difference between the monthly rate and the discounted annual rate as an administrative or restocking fee. Specifically, an administrative or restocking fee equal to one month’s cost of your current BullionBox plan will be charged for early cancellation.

Returns

BullionBox only considers returns upon receipt of a written request to our customer service department, subject to approval by a manager. No refunds are granted beyond 14 days after receiving your monthly box under any circumstances.

Risk of Loss

Once a product is shipped, title and risk of loss pass to you. It is your responsibility to ensure secure delivery. We don’t refund for loss, damage, or theft caused by the carrier’s negligence. Damaged items must be reported with a photo. Refunds for damaged items are at our discretion. We’re not liable for the condition of items upon receipt. Products may vary in type, size, weight, condition, and other factors.

Payment Information and Responsibilities

If you cancel, your subscription will continue until the end of the current billing cycle. We do not offer prorated refunds upon cancellation. BullionBox may charge you periodically (e.g., monthly) without additional authorization until you terminate the subscription or update your payment method within the 48-hour notice period.

We reserve the right to change subscription pricing at our discretion and without prior notice. Any changes will be communicated via email unless otherwise specified in these Terms of Service.

Annual and Non-Annual Subscriptions

Annual Subscriptions:
Annual subscribers are entitled to a discounted rate for their 12-month commitment. The subscription will automatically renew at the end of each year unless canceled by the subscriber. If you choose to cancel an annual subscription before the full term is completed, you will be charged a prorated fee based on the difference between the monthly and annual rates, as well as an administrative or restocking fee equivalent to one month’s subscription cost.

Non-Annual Subscriptions:
Non-annual subscribers are charged at the standard monthly rate and can cancel their subscription at any time without penalty. There are no additional fees for canceling a non-annual subscription, providing flexibility for subscribers who prefer not to commit to a full year.

Cancellation

Please note that external factors such as holidays or natural disasters may cause operational delays. By using our services or accessing our website, you agree to these billing terms and operational dates. BullionBox reserves the right to revoke subscriptions at any time.

Returns
